"5 Day Hot Rush" Program The Americh "HOT RUSH" program is designed for customers who require a whirlpool, bathtub or shower base immediately and can not wait the current lead-time. Americh guarantees a "HOT RUSH" will be ready for shipment as promised, once the order has been received. Orders received by 10 AM (standard time of shipping facility*) will start the same day. Orders received after 10 AM will start the next business day. As an example, if a Luxury Series whirlpool is ordered before 10 AM on Monday, the order will be available for will call or shipment on Friday afternoon. If the order is placed after 10 AM on Monday, the order will be ready for shipment the following Monday afternoon. Americh is not responsible for orders not shipped during the "HOT RUSH" period if the carrier or the will call customer was notified but did not pick up the order. Orders accepted as a "HOT RUSH" and not shipped within the correct time frame will not be charged the Hot Rush fee. Americh is not responsible for situations beyond our control once the product has left our shipping dock ie, weather conditions, carrier routing, etc).
